Lucas is in the double digits!!! He is absolutely thrilled about that fact! On his birthday, he started off his day having crepes with Daddy & getting a Ripstik...we are terrified that this will be the worst gift idea we've had...but he is sure it's the best idea! His reaction was priceless. We spent the day going on a Caribou date with Auntie Christina & Cousins Samantha & Jax, playing football, Ultimate Frisbee, schooling, going to the park & Cold Stone & the next day he had an action-packed party with his wonderful friends! He is such a blessing to our family & he keeps our household filled with fun & action! Campfire Cake

Ready for a sleepover with his sibs after a fun-filled day!He asked for hamburgers for supper...I don't think this is what he had in mind;-)!

Levi's birthday landed on Labor Day this year! Troy had the day off from work, so we headed to Taylors Falls for the day & enjoyed every moment (except for the mosquitoes!). He also had a fun-filled birthday party with his friends. He loves to do whatever his sibs are doing & they love it...he still refers to his siblings as "my friends".....we are all so thankful the Lord blessed our family with such an incredible gift 7 years ago!

We are so thankful for the brief, but precious time with our Lily! She would have been 8 years old on the 4th. Every year we look through pictures & imagine what it would be like with her here filling the space she has left behind in our hearts...but at the same, we rejoice that she is with our Saviour...whole & free from suffering!

September is a month filled with birthdays for our family! It starts off with our Lily, who is now with her Saviour, then it is Levi's & then ends with Lucas!!! We definitely feel like we are celebrating all month:-)!
